You already know what you shouldn't eat. Finding what actually works — and still tastes good — is the hard part.

You find a recipe that looks genuinely delicious — then realize you can't have it as-is. So you either skip it, or start guessing at substitutes yourself: swap this, cut that, then open a clumsy macro app to recalculate everything and check if it still fits. Twenty minutes of trial and error, for one recipe. And even then — will it actually taste good, or just "on plan"?

Four steps. Zero decisions to make.

  1. 1

Paste a recipe web link, or upload a screenshot

any recipe blog or site works; screenshots too.

  2. 2

    We rewrite it automatically

swapped to hit your sugar, protein, and gluten/dairy goals if you've set them, no manual editing, and built to keep the closest possible taste and texture to the original so it still hits that craving.

  3. 3

Get the full recipe, with the reasoning shown

see exactly what changed and why, plus the original macros side by side.

  4. 4

Save it for next time, or log it in seconds

keep your swapped recipe for future reference, and copy the macros straight into your favorite tracking app.

We show our work. You don't have to just trust an AI.

Every swap comes with a plain-language reason — not just a new ingredient list. Here's what that actually looks like:

Built by someone who's lived this

After several years of struggling with PCOS and being told I needed to change my lifestyle, I wanted to keep my new lifestyle's meals exciting and tasty. I found a lot of recipes that inspired me, but almost all of them still needed some tweaks to exactly fit my criteria and macro goals — either less sugar, more fiber, more protein, or less carbs.

I did this manually for months, and it was exhausting. AI kept getting things wrong, so after every tweak I had to recalculate the macros myself, then copy them one by one into my tracker — 30 minutes, every single time.

Worse, if I actually loved a recipe and wanted to put it back in rotation next month, it was buried somewhere in old AI chats, and I'd have to start all over again.

That frustration is exactly why I built Recipe Booster — it's built on my own knowledge as a cooking enthusiast about what actually needs to be swapped, not just what AI suggests, so every change is picked to keep the taste and texture as close to the original as possible while still hitting your macros.

This approach has helped me lose 8kg so far, and I wanted to share it with my fellow sisters going through the same thing.
